To whom it may concern, Last month I purchased 2 tickets through Prominent Tickets to see Matilda, the Broadway Musical on Saturday, June 15th. Yesterday morning when I packed my suitcase, I put the tickets in my suitcase and checked my bag. Unfortunately, the airlines left my bag in Austin. When I arrived in New York, I figured I could replace everything, except my $400 tickets.
I called Prominent Tickets, panicked, and a lovely woman named Staci Freeman answered the phone. She completely helped me out and issued an email to me with e-tickets. Staci was courteous and thorough. I hope Staci is recognized for delivering fantastic customer service. Our trip to New York was so special because your employee went above and beyond the call of duty!!!
